SEAC Recruitment Services Ltd is an innovative service for apprentices and is one of the original twelve Apprenticeship Training Agencies (ATAs). SEAC operates nationally and aims to help employers to create apprenticeships benefiting young people without having to employ them directly. , and companies the chance to up-skill their workforce. Our team is dedicated and passionate about providing as many apprenticeship opportunities to young people as possible. We love apprenticeships because, along with achieving a qualification, they enable young people to grow in confidence and gain important work experience. Our apprentices are always supported by both an experienced SEAC Account Manager, a Training Assessor and a work place mentor who is able to share their skills, work motivation and show how the theory of the training relates to the job. To ensure the best experience for our Apprentices SEAC helps find the ideal Apprenticeship for them. We focus on a young person’s talents and interests to find the right career path and then help find the Apprenticeship vacancy to match their ambition. Our ultimate goal is for our Apprentices to complete their training and be fully prepared to progress to either the next level of apprenticeship or full time employment in their chosen field.
