We are hiring for a Head of Account Servicing Operations! Are you interested in working in a exciting niche pocket of Financial Services? Do you have experience of managing multiple operational areas, working with data, and robotic process automation (RPA)? If so, we would love to hear from you!

The Head of Account Servicing Operations will be responsible for developing and operating a specialist function (processing and telephony), whilst being responsible for all issues surrounding the function, including: customer queries, annual property management processes, death and long term care situations, customer vulnerability, payments and redemptions.

As well as providing first class services to our customers we also act on behalf of our funders in protecting their security and assets. At times these can be conflicting requirements, so mediation and communication will all parties becomes critical to ensure the best possible outcomes for all

We contacted more than 1,000 donators in 90 minutes by our team of 35 volunteers! Just over £6,500 was raised with more donations coming in today!

Recently a selection of our staff (voluntarily) scaled 40m heights, flew down 50m water slides and negotiated the ‘Legendary’ Bog of Doom. Heavy weekend you might wonder? Yes, but all to raise money for charity. The Hero Assault course – designed and built by Royal Marine Commandos and Army Engineers of Ozonefit Military Fitness.

We are looking for new recruits to join our customer service team.
