We are a leading Face to Face marketing company working with the UK’s major domestic energy providers on the UK Smart Meter roll out programme.
We call on the energy companies’ customers in their home to discuss the benefits of upgrading to a Smart Meter and should they wish to upgrade we book this job in via our handheld device.
We do not cold call, all customers have been advised of our call prior to our visit.
The upgrade is completely free of charge.
We are looking for smart friendly people who are confident with an outgoing personality and enjoys the outdoors.
During your day, you will meet a wide variety of customers within the community and the ability to communicate and listen is the key to the success within this role.
We provide a uniform, mobile device along with full training for the right person.
The position is full or part-time Monday to Friday
Salary: Basic plus bonus along with a company pension scheme and 28 days holiday per year.

MPE Utility Services Ltd are a leading face-to-face customer liaison company that covers all parts of the UK.

Working on behalf of major utility companies as part of a national roll-out, we create appointments for customers to have their old gas and electric meters upgraded to new digital smart meters at no cost. This role includes visiting existing customers in their homes.

All customers have been informed prior to the visit.
As such, we are looking for smart, confident, and customer-orientated individuals to join us as Smart Meter Booking Advisors.

1. Part- or full-time hours available
2. Flexible shifts Monday to Friday between 10 am and 7pm
3. Self employed or Hourly rate up to £14 per hour.
4. Uniform and handheld device supplied.
5. Experience in a customer facing role is desirable but not essential.
6. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, able to communicate and build relationships with customers and people at all levels.
7. Driver and use of a car essential
