Last week, Paul received some fantastic photos of Dan from his manager at Tir Prince.

Dan has recently moved into a more outdoor-based role after deciding he'd like to try something different. His employer has been more than happy to support him with this decision.

Judging by these photos, it looks like Dan is really enjoying his new role! We're so pleased to see him thriving and wish him every success as he continues in his new position. 🌟

Yesterday, Alan attended day three of his construction course with PCT Ltd in Colwyn Bay.

Alan’s job coach, Paul, attended with him and said he was getting on brilliantly. He had already passed the first aid and health and safety sections of the course.

Today we were at The Jester’s Tower in Conwy for a very different kind of team building session…

If you haven't visited this unique coffee shop, it's well worth a stop the next time you're in Conwy. Great coffee, a fantastic atmosphere and a truly one-of-a kind setting. ☕🏰

This morning, we kicked off a new week with a team breakfast at Premier Inn Llandudno. ☕🍳

At the end of every month, we come together to reflect on our highs, discuss any challenges and share ideas on how we can continue to improve. This month, we decided to support one of the employers who supports us by holding our meeting at Premier Inn.

They are a fantastic employer to work with, and Jamie and Mel both love their roles and being part of the team there. We're proud to work alongside employers who are committed to creating inclusive opportunities and making a real difference.

Today, Catherine and Seren are at the Trinity Centre in Llandudno with our Job Coach, Paige, completing digital training with Conwy Connect in preparation for their new roles as Health Check Champions.

Yesterday, Paul received a lovely email from Andy's manager following his first review meeting.

As you can see from the below snippet, Andy has integrated well into the Tir Prince team, and is thoroughly enjoying his role.

This morning, Fiona met with Steph and Sammy at Bodlondeb Studio & Retreat to explore opportunities for future collaboration.

It was a fantastic meeting, and we're excited about the potential to work together to create meaningful opportunities for the people we support. Thank you to Steph and Sammy for such a warm welcome - we look forward to building a great partnership with you.

Here we have Rufus, who is starting a new chapter today in a full-time role as Maintenance Operative for Tir Prince and Llandudno Pier.

He joins the team with strong new skills, recently achieving his CSCS card, Asbestos Awareness, Working at Height and PASMA Tower qualifications. This has all been completed in partnership with Alice and Iestyn at Conwy Employment Hub.

We're so pleased to finally share Jamie's story.

When Jamie was referred to our Supported Employment team, he was already working at Premier Inn Llandudno. However, a difficult period in his personal life had taken its toll. His mental health was low, his confidence had been knocked, and he was struggling to see his own potential.

With the right support, encouragement and people around him, things gradually began to change.

Today, Jamie is thriving. He loves his job, enjoys being part of the team, and has found a workplace where he feels genuinely welcomed, valued and accepted.

In this video, created in partnership with North Wales Together, Jamie shares his journey in his own words, alongside his Manager Cara, and his Job Coach, Paul, who both reflect on the incredible progress he's made and the pride they feel in how far he's come.

Jamie's story is a powerful reminder of what can happen when people are given the right support and the opportunity to succeed.
