185sqm tarmac driveway completed using 50 tons of permeable base in Brookmans Park 🚧

The customer is building a brand new home and was tired of trades walking through with muddy boots while the driveway was still muck and stone.

At John Ruben Ltd, we suggested a smart solution—install the tarmac and edgings now to keep the site clean and usable, then return later to complete the final resin bound finish once the build is done.

Practical now, stunning later 👌
