***JOIN OUR TEAM - CLASS 2 MULTIDROP ***

SRG Recruitment are seeking LGV/HGV Class 2 / 7.5 ton multi-drop drivers for a client in Portsmouth area.

The role will be multi-drop mainly with electric/manual pump truck. Some strapping of the load maybe required. Experience in this field is essential.

To be considered for this role you MUST have the following:

Multi drop pallet experience
Valid C category on your licence
No DD/DR/DG/IN endorsement codes
A valid CPC Card & DIGI Card
Driver’s hours and WTD knowledge
Knowledge of the local area
Flexible, hard working attitude
What you get from us:

Hourly rate of £16 - Umbrella
PAYE rates available upon request
Ongoing regular work - with possibility of perm for right candidate
Overtime to bump up your earnings
Full time, part time or flexible working hours

SRG are recruiting an administrator for a company in Portsmouth, This will be a Monday - Friday office based full time role for the right candidate.

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing essential administrative support. This position requires strong communication skills, proficiency in various software applications, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The main role within this job will be providing support for the billing of clients so previous experience within this would be an advantage but is not essential.

Duties
Arranging PO's and matching invoices for out going customers
Maintain accurate records of billing and payments
Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date and correctly filed.
Provide clerical support including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents to ensure an organised office environment.
Support team members with administrative tasks to enhance overall productivity within the office.

Skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent clerical skills, including attention to detail in data entry and document management.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong computer literacy with familiarity in various office software applications.

Start times are generally PM or Nights, but will vary as they operate 24/7. Ongoing work with the opportunity to go on a rota 4 on4 off or 5 on 3 off shift pattern for the right candidates, Nights out available

Requirements & Role

Full C+E Licence - Minimum 1 years 5th wheel experience
Valid CPC & Digi card
No DD, DR, CD, DG,IN endorsement codes
Good understanding of spoken and written English
Good knowledge of WTD and drivers hours
Transporting film production equipment for some of the most popular shows around
Due to the nature of the job, you will need great customer service as you'll be speaking to and helping the film production crew on site
