✅ Equipment Maintenance Specialist
💰 Salary: €1,200 - €2,000
👉 Technical Skills:
✅ Electrical Systems
✅ Strong knowledge of AC/DC circuits, transformers, breakers, and relays.
✅ Ability to read, interpret, and troubleshoot electrical schematics.
✅ Installation and maintenance of power distribution panels.
✅ Proficiency with Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and motor controllers.
👉 Mechanical Systems:
✅ Experience with industrial machinery gearboxes, bearings, conveyors, and belts.
✅ Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
✅ Ability to carry out preventive mechanical maintenance (lubrication, alignment, calibration).
👉 Automation & Controls:
✅ Familiarity with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) – Siemens, Schneider, or Allen-Bradley.
✅ Experience with sensors, actuators, solenoid valves, encoders.
✅ Ability to troubleshoot control systems and Human Machine Interfaces (HMI).
👉 Production Machinery Maintenance:
✅ Hands-on maintenance of mixers, ovens, proofers, packaging lines, chillers, compressors (food industry advantage).
✅ Ability to perform routine and emergency repairs with minimal downtime.
✅ Skilled in calibration of measuring instruments (temperature, pressure, weight sensors).
👉 Preventive & Predictive Maintenance:
✅ Develop and follow maintenance schedules.
✅ Use diagnostic tools (multimeter, oscilloscope, vibration analyzer) to detect early faults.
✅ Knowledge of condition monitoring techniques.
👉 Safety & Compliance:
✅ Excellent knowledge of electrical and mechanical safety standards.
✅ Experience in Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
✅ Ability to work in compliance with ISO, HACCP, GMP (especially important in food production).
👉 Soft Skills:
✅ Problem-Solving
✅ Strong troubleshooting skills, ability to quickly identify root causes.
✅ Analytical mindset for diagnosing both mechanical and electrical failures.
👉 Communication:
✅ Clear reporting of technical issues to supervisors.
✅ Ability to work with international teams (English required, Russian/Armenian beneficial).
👉 Teamwork:
✅ Experience working in cross-functional maintenance teams.
✅ Supporting machine operators with training on safe machine usage.
👉 Adaptability:
✅ Ability to work shift-based schedules and overtime when required.
✅ Flexibility to handle emergency breakdowns.
👉 Documentation & Reporting:
✅ Skilled in maintaining maintenance logs, repair records, and spare part usage reports.
✅ Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is a plus.
👉 Preferred Experience:
✅ Minimum 3 - 5 years in industrial maintenance (preferably in bakery/food production or FMCG).
✅ International exposure (experience in large-scale factories abroad is a strong advantage).
✅ Certifications in electrical safety, PLC programming, or mechanical systems.
