We are delighted to announce that Wild Recruitment has successfully completed a management buyout and is now operating as an independent business once again.
This marks an exciting new chapter for the business and one that feels particularly special. Michelle Merritt was one of the original founders of Wild Recruitment over 25 years ago and, alongside Jennie Hallsworth has now successfully completed the acquisition of the business, bringing Wild Recruitment back into independent ownership.
Between them, Michelle and Jennie bring more than 45 years of experience within the business and share a passion for exceptional customer service, long-term relationships and helping businesses and individuals achieve their goals through recruitment.
As part of the new ownership structure, Shaun Merritt is a shareholder and has been appointed Associate Director, joining the leadership team as Wild Recruitment embarks on this exciting new chapter. Claire Graham and Siân Cox have been given shares in the business, as a thank you for their commitment and hard work they have shown so far in the business.
While ownership may have changed, everything that makes Wild Recruitment what it is remains exactly the same:
