Customer Service Advisor- Work From Home

Our role
We are looking for Customer Service Representatives / Call Handlers to support our customers with inbound and outbound calls. You will be supporting us to engage with our customer by managing calls in a positive & solution driven way.
This is a temporary contract, where you will be trained and work from home.
You will be required to have your own IT equipment including:
· Laptop or desktop computer with Windows 8 or 10
· Minimum 4gb RAM
· Minimum of 5MBps internet connection, Ethernet Cable is preferred,
· A suitable working space to allow you to work from home.
· Own headset is compulsory (ideally noise cancelling ones)
Role responsibilities
· Manage your own inbound and outbound calls
· Follow structured scripts and criteria when handling calls, ensuring accurate information recording
· Escalate and refer challenging or complex cases or incidents
· Be able to recognize and adapt methods of communication to the differing needs of our customers
· Maintain confidentiality in relation to personal data held in accordance with the data protection act
The details
· This is a full time, temporary opportunity – up to 12 weeks
· You’ll work 40 hours per week between Monday to Sunday
· You’ll work a rotational shift pattern between – 8am to 8pm
· You’ll earn an equivalent of £18,720 per year on a pro-rata basis – you will be paid every 2 weeks
· You’ll accrue 2.3 days annual leave per month.
