Click your speaker on… This is the sound of kicking anxiety’s ass… Just for a moment.
Mental Health support is crucial.
Sarah and I have supported people with different levels of mental health needs from candidates and employees to friends and family, and that’s where it’s a constant in our lives…. Family
Our daughter suffers with poor mental health – in particular anxiety, and we know very well the impact it has for her and those closest to her in every aspect of life.
We have utilised every resource we can find to try to help, from charities to Mental Health Support Teams. Everyone involved is a superhero in our eyes.
With a solid array of support that her school provides, there has been one superhero teacher utilising the power of music to help in tackling our daughter’s anxiety.
Encouraged by that teacher, what you hear is her own composition (with accompanying friend on piano) that she played to her class for the first time – giving her anxiety a momentary kick in the ass and boosting her confidence.
