Last night, we had the privilege of attending our charity partner's event and were incredibly proud to receive the award for Most Engaged.

It has been an absolute honour to work alongside the team at Dorset Cancer Care Foundation.

The passion, dedication and genuine commitment shown by everyone at DCCF to support those who need it most in our local community is truly inspiring. They are real people making a real difference, and we're proud to play a small part in helping them achieve their mission.

A huge thank you to everyone at DCCF for your support and partnership. We look forward to continuing our journey together and can't wait to get fundraising again at our next company event, which is now less than two weeks away.

Today is a bittersweet day as we’re celebrating a very special Protect Line colleague, Reggie the guide dog! as he begins his well‑earned retirement. 🐾

For six years, Reggie has lived our values every single day:

Care in the comfort and support he gave,
Collaborate as a constant teammate by Rob’s side,
Dare in confidently navigating whatever the day brought, and
Deliver with his loyalty, focus and wagging tail.

He is the epitome of the Protect Line way, and we’re so grateful for the joy and impact he’s had on our team.

We will miss you Reggie but hope you enjoy your well‑deserved rest, slower pace and lots of treats, you’ve more than earned it. 💙

This month, we are celebrating Sophie, our Head of Recruitment & Onboarding, who is marking an incredible 10 years with us.🎈

Sophie first joined Protect Line as our Recruitment Manager, before progressing into the role of Head of Recruitment and becoming a key member of our Senior Leadership Team. More recently, she has also taken on responsibility for our Onboarding function, continuing to shape and refine the experience of every new starter who joins our business.

Sophie’s career journey is a brilliant reflection of her own commitment to growth and development. But what has stood out most over the years is her drive to develop others – championing people, spotting potential, and creating opportunities for colleagues to thrive.

Her decade with us has been defined by hard work, passion and determination, which is evident to everyone who has had the pleasure of working with her. We are incredibly grateful for your unwavering dedication to Protect Line and to our people, Sophie.
