Moved jobs a few times? You’re not alone, and it doesn’t have to hold you back 🙅‍♀️

Leaving a role that wasn’t right for you takes courage. The key is knowing how to explain it with confidence on your CV and in interviews.

Here are our top four tips:

1️⃣ Own the reason. Keep it honest and brief.
2️⃣ Show what you gained from every role, however short.
3️⃣ Label temp and fixed-term work clearly so it isn’t mistaken for a quick exit.
4️⃣ Look forward. Tell employers what you want next and why their role fits.
