Our Story

RSD Recruitment is one of the fastest growing independently owned recruitment companies in the South West. Since our inception in October 2016 it has been our vision to create a tailored recruitment service for every customer. We achieve this by not only hand picking individuals who specialise in the industries they represent, but by choosing those who are natural brand ambassadors for the customers they work with.

As we know that market knowledge is something acquired over time, after we have hired the right consultant, we at RSD Recruitment believe in educating and retraining staff on a regular basis to provide a sturdy foundation for our staff, customers, and candidates.

The reason we do this is because our entire ethos is focused around people, and we believe that by humanising the workplace and paying close attention to the needs of every customer, we can become the preferred partner for all our clients.

Of course, there is more to providing an excellent recruitment service than having the right staff, so what do we have in place to go that step further? We call it the ‘Bottom to Top’ system.
