We are seeking full and part time Support Workers to join our friendly team here at i-grow care and support. Starting rates from up to £9.25 per hour. Sleep ins are paid at £82.50 per night.

We provide Supported living and enabling services to vulnerable people and work with them to develop and deliver creative and personalised care and support solutions. We care about the people who use our services and work very hard to ensure they receive the services they deserve. Our philosophy rests on the principle of "Seeing the person within" and we support individuals to use their strengths to improve their lives. Our mission is to be a leading provider of high quality, user led care and support solutions that lead to a greater independence, inclusion, wellbeing and achievement of positive outcomes through creativity, innovation and personalisation if you are caring, motivated, and would like a challenging and rewarding career working as part of our innovative team we would love to hear from you.

Please note flexibility will be required with some shifts at evenings and weekends.

• Assisting in creating and maintaining a supportive and attentive relationship to provide high quality, user led care and support solutions that lead to greater independence, inclusion, wellbeing and achievement of positive outcomes through creativity, innovation and personalisation.
• Assisting in the implementation of agreed Care/Support plans.
• Promoting and maintain individuals health and well-being
• Facilitating individuals to develop their existing skills and to learn new ones enabling them to achieve greater independence.
• Supporting individuals to maintain contact with family and friends
• Involving and assisting individuals in a wide and stimulating range of activities.
