privately-run, specialist Care Agency, we pride ourselves on being an innovative and forward moving organisation and our friendly and approachable team are proud to supply top quality care staff, when and where required. We employ over one hundred staff and each member of our care team has a minimum of six months relevant experience within their chosen sector. In addition, each member of the Next Generation team has undergone mandatory training, giving you peace of mind that you are receiving professional, highly trained care staff. Along with offering highly skilled, dedicated care staff throughout Plymouth and the surrounding areas we also offer other benefits such as a "First Call Rate" for those Clients who name us as their first – making us the first choice for many. We offer our Care Team the opportunity to join a co-operative with many unique benefits, including free uniform and mandatory training as well as the flexibility to choose the hours to suit you. In addition, our staff also have access to free and confidential staff counselling plus the support of the Branch Team. We are a forward thinking Agency who are available 24/7 to support you and your teams, making us the chosen Agency for many providers within Plymouth and its surrounding areas.

💍 Today is the day! 💍

Today we're celebrating two very special members of our family, across Yourway, Clear Thinking Care and Next Generation Nursing & Care.

A huge congratulations to our Director of Care, Michelle, and our Operations Manager, Adrian, as they say "I do" today in an intimate ceremony in beautiful Bude, before celebrating with family and friends later this evening.

From adventures in their van, glamping under the stars and making memories at festivals, to beginning their greatest adventure together as husband and wife, we couldn't be happier for them both.

On behalf of everyone across all three organisations, we wish you a lifetime of love, laughter, happiness and unforgettable adventures together.

🌘 Catch the Partial Solar Eclipse Tonight!
Tonight, a partial solar eclipse will be visible across the UK! It’s a rare and exciting celestial event, but eye safety is our absolute top priority.

Please remember:
• 🚫 Never look directly at the Sun, even during an eclipse or when it is cloudy. Ordinary sunglasses do not protect your eyes.
• ✅ Use certified protection: Only use ISO-certified eclipse glasses or solar viewers if viewing directly.
• 🌳 Try indirect viewing: You can safely watch using a pinhole viewer, a kitchen colander, or by looking at the natural crescent-shaped shadows cast through tree leaves!
