Award-winning Retain Limited are looking for a new full-time Marketing Manager to work in their new offices in Plymouth.

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic marketing manager to join our well-established, award-winning company Retain Limited. We offer professional services nationwide for industrial and commercial roofing (Retain Roofing), solar energy installation (Retain Energy) and scaffolding solutions (Retain Scaffolding).
This is a full time position working Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, based in our new spacious offices in Estover, Plymouth.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
Build a strategic marketing plan to generate leads for each of our different services
Execute marketing expertise using industry relevant software, including Adobe and Canva, for both digital and print-based media
Produce professional, style-consistent graphic design content for a variety of digital platforms, including our websites and social media channels
Create engaging written content for each of our websites, social media platforms and for any promotional activities and PR opportunities
Facilitate the growth of all social media platforms and create and manage weekly social media ads
Continue to develop and populate the individual websites to an agreed upon company house-style
Manage and develop SEO and SEM efforts by understanding industry trends and optimising keyword searches
Develop and manage Google Ad campaigns
Use Google analytics to identify trends and patterns in website visitor engagement and collect data to analyse and monitor traffic and conversation rates
Document and report on collected data
Provide support to our sales team and attend promotional events when required

Marketing budget management
Video editing
Experience with website creation using a website builder
About you:
Marketing or similar based degree/qualification would be advantageous
B2B marketing experience desirable
Excellent IT skills and fluent with Apple Mac systems
Excellent understanding of both online and offline marketing channels
Excellent analytical, communication and reporting skills
Good attention to detail
Strong planning and organisation skills
Relevant construction industry experience would be desirable

Work Remotely: No (maybe hybrid for the right candidate)
Schedule: 8 hours, weekday working
Education: Bachelors (preferred)

Salary: Dependant on Experience

Salary: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
Schedule: 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday
