My client is seeking a dynamic HR Manager to support the growth and culture of their business.

The right candidate will either be an experienced HR Manager or a HR Business Partner/Advisor ready to take that next step up.

This HR Manager position will require you to:

I can safely say I properly switched off over Christmas.

My best friend from University of Roehampton (seen in picture) who also runs her own business, advised me to switch off my notifications over the festive period. It was the best advice !

Not that I wanted to ignore my candidates and clients over Christmas and New Year, but I hope they were switching off too.

But now I'm back in full swing, kickstarting 2025. After a solid and fabulous 2024, Solely HR is ready to go !

The power of referrals!

Yesterday, I spent the day mapping out what the next 12 months looks like for Solely HR when I had a light bulb moment and realised 80% of my clients have come via referrals.

To be honest, I was chuffed to pieces with this new information that was staring me in the face !

I've always wanted to grow Solely HR organically with the aim to build long lasting, meaningful relationships with my clients and candidates - it was great to know it's working.

So whilst I will be making some small tweaks to my business, I will fundamentally never change who I am. I love getting to know people, their businesses and making workplaces a better place through the successful placement of dedicated people professionals.
