Freelance Site Manager/ Assistant Site Manager required in Plymouth.

Working alongside the Project Manager, your duties will primarily entail covering the internals/ finishing aspect of a mixed use development in the City.

Duration is circa 8-12 weeks at present. Rate is £230 per day (9 hour working day) paid CIS/ Umbrella.

As the role involves the construction of timber frame products, some experience with chop saws/ working with timber products would be advantageous. However, training will be provided where required.

This is initially a temporary vacancy, for a duration of 3 months.

Working hours are 0730-1630 Monday to Friday.

Hourly rate is £12.50-£13.35 depending on experience.
