I’m recruiting for a Logistics Administrator to join a well-established manufacturing business in Plymouth.

£28,000–£30,000 + bonus + excellent benefits

This is a varied role involving customer orders, sales support, logistics coordination and working closely with production and supply chain teams.

Experienced Manufacturing Estimator looking for something a little different?

I’m supporting an established engineering and manufacturing business in Plymouth who are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Estimator / Account Manager to join their team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who understands engineering manufacture, enjoys working with customers and wants to use their technical knowledge in a role that combines estimating, problem solving and relationship building.

The business is open to a part-time arrangement (around 3 days per week), making this an ideal opportunity for an experienced professional looking for flexibility while still making a real impact.

You’ll be involved in:
🔹 Reviewing customer enquiries, drawings and specifications
🔹 Preparing accurate quotations and cost estimates
🔹 Working with engineering and production teams
🔹 Supporting customer relationships from enquiry through to solution

Experience within engineering manufacturing, fabrication, machining or a similar environment would be highly desirable.

Are you an experienced Administrator who knows your way around Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central?

I’m working with a well-established engineering/manufacturing business in Plymouth who are looking for someone to join their team in a varied administration role.

This isn’t just a paperwork role — you’ll be supporting the smooth running of customer and supplier processes, including:

✔ Sales and purchase order administration
✔ Delivery coordination and goods administration
✔ Maintaining accurate records within Microsoft Business Central
✔ Supporting wider business administration processes

What’s essential?

You’ll need previous, hands-on experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. This is a non-negotiable requirement, so if you’ve only used other ERP systems but haven’t worked with Business Central, unfortunately this won’t be the right fit.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy engineering environment and would like to develop their role further, including increased involvement with finance-related administration over time.

Stores Controller

Salary: £27,000 – £29,000 per year

We are seeking a reliable and organised Stores Controller to join a busy and growing team. This is a hands-on role that plays a key part in keeping operations running smoothly, ensuring goods are received, stored, and dispatched accurately and efficiently.

Working closely with procurement and production teams, you’ll help maintain high standards across stock control, organisation, and health & safety.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and check deliveries against accompanying documentation
Accurately book goods into the system and allocate to relevant departments
Liaise with procurement regarding deliveries, shortages, or discrepancies
Update inventory and stock systems using delivery notes
Pick, pack, and dispatch goods in line with delivery schedules
Operate forklifts to move, store, and organise stock within the warehouse/stores area
Deliver materials internally to relevant departments
Complete picklists and packing documentation accurately
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
Follow company procedures and health & safety regulations at all times
Participate in training and continuous improvement activities as required

Skills & Experience
Previous experience within a stores, warehouse, or logistics environment within manufacturing
Good understanding of stock control and inventory processes
Valid forklift licence required — ideally with experience operating both OKM and Aislemaster trucks
Strong communication skills with the ability to work across multiple departments
Basic IT skills, including ERP systems and Microsoft Outlook/email
High attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
