FIIIVVVEE nights in Benidorm booked
SIX lack of seats in my office
SEVEN job offers issued
EIGHT hours of sleep missed
NINE times I kicked myself for the spill
TEN irn-bru fancy pieces
ELEVEN face to face interviews

We have had so many applicants recently apply for jobs and then don't reply to a message, email or call to follow up.

A polite "I've changed my mind" would be all it takes so another candidate could be contacted.

🔶 YOUNGER GENERATION 🔶

Don't know about you, but when I was young I was working from the age of 12....

🔸 Paper Girl
🔸 Village corner shop
🔸 Pot washer at local hotel
🔸 Waitress at local cafe
🔸 Saturday girl at the bakers

I am very concerned with the amount of younger candidates approaching me for help with part time work whilst at school, college or Uni.

With very little opportunities in today's world, what are we doing to help the younger ones gain work experience before they reach the unemployable stage with lack of work experience.

If you are a company who could offer a few hours a week for a younger candidate please reach out and we can get our heads together and help our younger generation together.
