Referencing includes any gaps in working history being thoroughly investigated and documented. In line with the Department for Education’s new Benedict’s Law, all school staff are now required to complete Allergy & Anaphylaxis Awareness Training.

At Grade A Recruitment, we have implemented this mandatory training for all existing and new supply staff. An email has been sent out to all existing supply staff with an online course, which is fully aligned to the new statutory guidance. Training must be completed before you can be accepted for work from 1st September.

This training is an essential part of meeting the latest requirements and ensuring every member of staff can recognise and respond appropriately to an allergic reaction or anaphylactic emergency. Thank you for your cooperation and commitment to keeping children safe.

As another academic year comes to a close, we'd like to say a huge thank you to everyone we've worked with this year.

To all of our fantastic teachers, teaching assistants and support staff – thank you for your hard work, dedication and the difference you've made in schools throughout the year.

A big thank you as well to our partner schools for continuing to trust Grade A Recruitment and for keeping our staff busy doing what they do best.
