ID Recruitment are recruiting Production & warehouse Operatives for our client in Spalding, it will be working on a production line for flowers, 12hr shifts day and night will be available with the opportunity for Overtime as well. We will work around your preference

Some of the duties be doing as our Production Operative:

Counting, putting on and adding the required number of flowers, on the belt according to the required production speed
Making of parallel bouquets
Preparing for production of products as required
Sleeving and/or wrapping of bouquets, boxing, strapping and bucket filling
Packing of bouquets into buckets and or boxes without supervision and checking the specifications in a timely manner
Noticing quality deviations and informing the Line Leader immediately
Effective product handling to prevent damage during the production process
Label the packaging ensuring the correct specifications are adhered to
Label bouquets, ensuring the correct specifications are adhered to
Keeping the production floor clean and tidy
Comply with the requirements of the company Health & Safety Policy

Quality Control North of Norwich Needed !

ID Recruitment are working with a fantastic client in North of Norwich. We are seeking an experienced Quality Auditor with a background in the food industry.
The role of the Quality Control is to ensure that product is always acceptable and meets the correct, Specification as well as promoting the benefits of high standards of Product Quality. Quality Control will aid the efficiency of the business by ensuring that the product is right first time. This role includes taking product samples and supporting the wider quality/ technical team. In addition, you will carry out any other duties as directed by Senior Management.

Your main accountabilities will be to:

• Measure quality assurance at production level against confirmed specifications
• Work alongside Production Operatives to ensure quality is a pivotal part of daily tasks
• Complete and be accountable for accurate Quality and Due Diligence records
• Escalate quality or food safety concerns immediately to the appropriate level.
• Ensure that the correct product is packed
• Support the quality auditing process
• Take samples during and after production and carry out quality testing.
Essential Qualifications:
• Experience in a retail/food manufacturing environment.
• Experience in quality assurance/quality control/ food safety/ environmental standards/ organics.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Working experience within a similar role and/or a food environment.
• Awareness of the importance of food safety

PRODUCTION OPERATIVE

West of Norwich

£10.50 - £11.00 plus overtime

We have some smashing temporary to permanent opportunities for up to 25 staff.

Working on a fast-paced production line, you will be working Monday to Friday –

6am to 2pm and 2.15pm to 10.15pm

As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for the cutting, modification and fabrication of plastic products to form part of the finished product. The successful candidate will be someone who thrives on responsibility, has a keen eye for detail and has past experience in a similar role.

Competitive salary of £10.50 per hour for early shift and £11.00 for late shift.
A consistent work schedule, Monday to Friday
A dynamic, friendly and supportive working environment
Candidates will need transport for this position due to the location of the manufacturing site.
