Reaching a decade with the same organisation is a huge achievement and reflects the commitment, professionalism, and care they bring to their roles every day. At ScotForce Healthcare, our people are at the heart of everything we do. Today, we are proud to share the inspiring story of Emma, one of our dedicated team members whose determination and community spirit truly shine.

Five years ago, during the height of the pandemic, Emma worked on the front line in one of the hardest-hit care homes, showing incredible commitment and compassion. Alongside her demanding role, she launched a small book fundraiser from home to support local charities.
That small initiative has grown into something extraordinary, raising over £20,000 for charities, causes, and individuals across the community.

Emma’s hard work and generosity have now been recognised with a very special invitation to the Royal Garden Party at Holyrood Palace, an incredible honour and a moment to celebrate.

Emma describes this achievement as one she shares with her ScotForce colleagues and the wider community, whose positivity and support helped make her mission a success.

Emma, we are so proud to have you as part of the ScotForce team, and we celebrate all you have done to make a difference. Your passion and dedication reflect the very best of ScotForce. 💙

Now we are approaching the end of the year we are celebrating more recent staff recognition winners!

Kamila works as a support worker throughout Fife and is in high demand with several of our clients, a popular lady! Always going the extra mile, she is a vital part of our team as well as the clients.

Diane has worked with ScotForce in our Glasgow branch as a support worker for almost 3 years; recently she has been travelling far and wide to support our clients demands no matter how far from home. Showing the dedication and care she brings to every shift!

Shaun is a newer member of the team supporting across the Glasgow and Perth branch, however has already made a big impression by going above and beyond last month by helping another staff member whose car broke down on the way to work to ensure the vulnerable adults we support still received the care they need. Thank you Shaun for being a superstar but also for your commitment to caring from the heart.

Shannon is a wonderful carer and support worker who again travels across all our branches from Glasgow to Perth, on days or nights, with a smile on her face, showing the flexibility and unwavering positivity our staff offer to our clients!

Thank you to each of you for all your hard work and for representing ScotForce to the highest of standards. It is massively appreciated!
