We are currently recruiting for a Quality Control Finisher to join a well-established and supportive team based in Pershore, Worcestershire. This full-time role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, a steady hand, and a passion for producing high-quality work.

Working Hours:

Key Responsibilities:

Inspecting finished products for quality, consistency, and accuracy

Performing finishing touches to ensure items meet required standards

Handling delicate materials with care and precision

Working to deadlines while maintaining attention to detail

What We’re Looking For:

Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach

Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity

Patience and pride in producing high-quality work

Ability to work both independently and as part of a small, friendly team

Previous experience in a similar quality or finishing role is a bonus, but not essential – full training will be provided

Pay Rate:

£12.50 per hour

Role Overview:

Diagnosing and repairing faults on-site
