As a Candidate Researcher you will be introduced to market research and candidate sourcing methods, you will be coached through all aspects of the tasks, the tech, and processes to complete your training within 3 weeks - straight away unlocking the opportunity to start earning top-level figures.
As you build your confidence, you will start to support the success of the business, by ensuring the team are speaking to the right people.
We are looking for a person with the following qualities:

∙ Hard-working and self-motivated
∙ Great communication skills
∙ Confident with IT and Social Media platforms
∙ A degree in Business, Marketing or similar would be an advantage - however, for us it’s all about the person
