"Beyond the Policy: A Women's Safety, Menopause and Workplace Wellbeing Perspective"

We have TWO brilliant speakers joining us for our Summer event and honestly, this might be our most important session yet.

Under the Worker Protection Act, those are two very different things. If a claim succeeds and an employer can't demonstrate they met their preventative duty, compensation can be increased by up to 25%.

This is a hands-on, generalist HR role for someone who enjoys being the go-to person for managers, building trust quickly, and getting properly stuck into the detail.

You'll be the only HR Advisor in a small, close-knit team alongside a recruitment and training professional, all reporting into the HR Manager.

When I launched Foxgroves 2 years ago, I had one simple belief: that hiring should feel human again. I had no clients, no candidates and no guarantees - just experience and a lot of determination.

Two years on, we've supported around 60 businesses across Cumbria, the North East and Dumfriesshire, we're on track to place over 100 candidates into permanent roles by the end of year three and double our turnover! I have welcomed the wonderful Chantell Vermaak-Johnson as our new Business Support Recruitment Manager who has hit the ground running!
