Why you got into recruitment –
For me personally I suffered with my mental health for a long time and I wanted to change into something I done before – 24-7 people solutions was my first recruitment job as I have always worked in care – but I love my recruiting job and I am helping people daily by placing them in employment and giving people chances to work and change their environment!

I also love it when I see workers have been given contracts etc as its nice to see their progress also. Recruitment has also given me a routine and helped my mental health. I recommend to friends for them to get into recruitment 😊!
