This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded marketing professional who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You'll take ownership of an established marketing function, lead a small and supportive team, and drive activity that enhances brand visibility, strengthens supplier relationships, and supports business growth.
We're looking for someone who thrives on variety. An established estate agency in Torquay is looking for an experienced Lettings Administrator / Co-Ordinator to join its busy residential lettings team.
This is a varied role where you’ll support throughout the lettings process.

Key duties include:
Managing landlord and tenant enquiries
Registering applicants and matching properties
Supporting tenancy applications and administration
Preparing marketing details and maintaining accurate records
Working closely with the wider team to ensure a smooth lettings process

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience within lettings admin, strong communication skills, excellent organisation and a proactive approach.
