How it works:

1. Direct your friend to the Oxford Scholastica careers page where they will find the application form to apply: https://www.oxfordscholastica.com/about-us/careers/

2. Tell them to select Word of Mouth on the final question on the application form (How did you hear about us?)

3. In the pop up that displays, ask them to enter your name.

4. Oxford Scholastica will liaise directly with your friend regarding their application.

5. Oxford Scholastica will contact you via OSJ to arrange the referral payment once the person you have referred has completed their contract!

Oxford Alumni Tours are looking for walking tour guides!🚶🏽‍♀️

🎓 To be a tour guide you will need to be studying at (or have studied at) Oxford University and be able to do a minimum of 4 tours per month.

🕰️ Tours are 90 mins long, and a script and training is provided.

💷 Tour guides are paid between £25-50 per tour depending on the size. You will be able to keep ALL of your tips.

We’re delighted to have teamed up with the wonderful people at Oxford Scholastica Academy, to find a brilliant bunch of Activities Coordinators. 🎉

Activities Coordinators are key to:
👪 Confidently meeting and greeting students and parents on the first day
😃 Ensuring students are safe and happy
⚽️ Leading activities and trips

You’ll need to:
🎤 Have experience of running events / activities for groups
🚸 Have experience working with children / young people
🗣️ Have excellent communication skills and be confident presenting / talking to large groups
📆 Be available in the summer months (particularly July and August)
🏡 Willing to sort out your own accommodation in or near Oxford (as this is a non-residential role)

Pay and perks:
💷 £4,182 for 6-weeks work
🩹 Cost of First Aid training and Safeguarding training covered (great qualifications for your CV!)
🎓 Working in Oxford University locations
