Candidate Requirements

We require an experienced Domestic Gas Central Heating Service Engineer to join our expanding team installing boilers/central heating systems and all domestic gas appliances.

Applicants must: -

Be located in the Oxfordshire area

Demonstrate a high level of experience in installation and fault diagnostics of gas boilers and heating systems

Hold valid Gas Safe Registration

Hold domestic core ACS Certificates CCN1; CEN1; HTR1; CPA1; Part L Certificate (energy efficiency); DAH1; Unvented Hot Water; WRAS (water supply regulations 1999)

Hold full driving license

Candidate Responsibilities

To work efficiently and effectively using initiative and completing regulatory paperwork
As a Company representative, be of smart personal appearance and courteous manner
Good customer satisfaction
Good timekeeping
Customer focus

So, went to play golf like I usually do every Sunday & I was approached by one of the members. He said “Alex, you’re in recruitment, any chance you can get my lad Finley a Trainee position. He’s really good with numbers but doesn’t want to go to University”. Not a problem, let me think of some options…

After meeting with him, I thought he could make a really good Quantity Surveyor so I got in touch with a few clients & I’m pleased to say this week Finley got offered a Trainee QS position & will be starting at the end of the month🎉🍾🎊👏🏼

A lot of you know from speaking with me, I want more of this & getting driven young people working within Construction & Engineering.
