Early Years Educator

Applicants will need to be passionate about working with children. This is a busy nursery with an extremely experienced team. The culture is both friendly and supportive throughout the nursery.

The team have regular team builders to enhance the team ethic that our client is very focused on.

Competitive salary. Many fully funded training opportunity from Foundation Degrees to Masters Degrees.

25 days holiday plus bank holidays plus your birthday as an additional days holiday.

You must have:

• Experience in child-led learning through play
• An excellent understanding of the Key Person role
• An extensive understanding of Safeguarding
• Patience and kindness
• minimum NVQ 3, or equivalent qualification, in Early Years.

We follow the NSPCC guidelines for Safer Recruitment. All references and your DBS will be carefully checked.

Working in the Industry we are fully aware of the crisis relation to Childcare Recruitment and staff retention and the impact this is having on owners and their businesses.

We will search for the right candidate for you. To do this we will take time to understand you and your business. We will then provide you with a shortlist of candidates that we have actually fully vetted and interviewed.

We will organise their DBS, references and they will have completed all Safeguarding training. We will make sure that at the point I’d onboarding you will have all of the information you will need to deliver your responsibility but also to adhere to Ofsted requirements.

We can hold all of the information and update for all employees including reminders directly to staff when they need to repeat training.

In addition we can include your team in our regular Paediatric First Aid training.
