⚡ Full UK Driving Licence

Are you a skilled tradesperson who takes pride in delivering high-quality work? Chime Housing is looking for a Multi-Skilled Operative to join a leading housing provider, helping to keep homes safe, maintained, and thriving across the community.

💰 Salary: £42,206
📍 Location: Watford
⏰ Contract: Permanent, 40 hours per week

We're seeking someone who specialises in Plumbing, Carpentry, or Plastering, is highly competent in a second trade, and can confidently carry out additional trades such as Bricklaying, Painting & Decorating, or Groundwork/Fencing.

✅ City & Guilds (or equivalent) in a relevant trade
✅ Full clean driving licence
✅ Ability to diagnose and resolve repairs efficiently
✅ Comfortable working independently and using handheld technology
✅ Willing to participate in an out-of-hours call-out rota
