Some feedback stays with you long after you’ve read it 💙
We recently received a heartfelt review from a family we’ve been supporting following a hospital discharge, and one part in particular meant a great deal to us.
They described Wendy, our Field Care Supervisor, as taking the time not only to understand their dad’s care needs - but also his interests, life experiences and personality, helping to build a relationship based on trust, dignity and respect.
That relationship-led approach is something we care deeply about at Radfield Home Care. Good care is never just about completing tasks - it’s about taking time to understand the person, supporting families through difficult moments, and helping people feel safe, listened to and valued in their own home.
