Previous experience within industrial recruitment is essential, along with a proven ability to manage client relationships, develop new business opportunities, and deliver high quality candidates across multiple vacancies in a fast paced environment.
The successful candidate will be confident building strong relationships with both clients and candidates, managing the full recruitment process from initial vacancy through to placement, and working proactively to achieve targets and deliver an exceptional level of service.
