Modern Edge Recruitment – Annual Update
It has been an exciting time for Modern Edge Recruitment, with us continuing to grow as a business and improve our day-to-day operations. Over the last 12 months we have been able to develop our teams by adding experienced and passionate consultants to our Modern Edge family.
We are now a team of 10, where we have designated management and specialised consultants who work in small teams, concentrating on servicing our clients within their areas of expertise:

In what is testing times for everyone financially, we pride ourselves in being a market leader for the overall packages that we offer to our staff. This has massively helped in our growth, staff retention, well-being and overall productivity from our consultants to our clients.
With mental health now becoming ever more recognised and important we also include “well-being bonuses” along with free gym membership for every one of our employees.
As directors we feel like our consultants are not only employees but an integral part of our company which provides them with a happy work place. Within the last few months, we have also massively improved our offices, with the introduction of incentive wheels, tv's, office screens, staff rooms and outdoor seating with many improvements in the pipeline.
Over the last 12 months our business growth has allowed continue to improve what we can offer our clients, agency workers and staff. In what is a candidate short market at present, we take great pride in filling vacancies well with those all-important workers for our customers. We have been able to do this by re-investing, having access to many candidate sourcing tools and a business focus on having candidate availability and client communication. The feedback from our clients has been overwhelming, often in comparison to their other agency suppliers.
