Duties

• Commercial Property Maintenance
• Office/Shop Clearance - Efficiently clear out old office or shop spaces, preparing them for new tenants
• Landscape Work - Maintain and enhance outdoor spaces, including lawn care, planting, and general upkeep
• Handyman Tasks - Carry out basic repair and maintenance tasks such as changing sockets, light bulbs, fixing leaks, and other minor repairs
• Basic Renovations - Assist with light renovations, including painting, minor carpentry, and other small projects
• Driving - Safely operate a company van to transport tools, equipment, and materials to various job sites
