You will require good communication skills to work effectively with colleagues.

You will be computer literate and be able to use routing software and database.

You will be able to prioritse workload.

This is a varied, fast-paced role which will require you to respond professionally and efficiently to inbound queries.

Working hours:

Rotating shifts include 7:30am-4pm, 8:30am-5pm, 9:30am-6pm.

Pay rate:

£10.94 per hour

The duties of a Customer Experience Advisor will include:

Responding to customer queries in a timely manner
Communicating via telephone, live chat, SMS and social media platforms
Building rapport with internal and external customers
Varied administrative duties including booking waste collections and sending welcome packs

Key Responsibilities as a Distribution Assistant include:

• Undertake assigned driving duties to support the provision of procurement services (Tug vehicle)
• Maintaining the fuelling and cleanliness of the vehicles both internally and externally
• Partake in duties that require moderate to heavy manual handling e.g. movement of cages and larger, heavy items on flat beds
• Loading and unloading cages and trolleys within goods-in warehouse to delivery destination
Undertake a range of deliveries including furniture, equipment and medical goods around the campus

Please note that a full driving licence with b1 module is essential in order to drive a luton tail-lift.

Shift times:

This is a new, exciting opportunity for a Stock Control Administrator with stock control experience to join an established team in the Coleshill area.

Key responsibilities as a Stock Control Administrator will include:

Liaising with staff at all levels to process deliveries
Booking stock via the internal system
Raising orders onto the system for the despatch
Arranging export paperwork for deliveries outside of the UK
Managing two separate mailboxes regarding stock issues/customer queries and bookings
Interrogation of system regarding any missing or found stock by warehouse
Sorting of returned stock processing returns via the system
Dealing with customers/hauliers for bookings in & out
Speaking directly with customers on day-to-day basis regarding any stock issues
The ideal candidate:

Previous experience of admin/stock control within an office environment
Computer literate and competent user of all MSO applications
Efficient communicator
Ability to liaise with clients and staff at all levels
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
