A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work within a brand new Victorian inspired Bistro. You must have the skills to create an exciting new menu and be able to work well on your own or as part of a team when required. Our client has requested someone that can price dishes correctly keeping to set Gross profit margins but is willing to teach this key skill to the correct candidate. You will be working 3 days in the week 6.30am-2.30pm and every Saturday 7.30am-2.00pm. Flexibility is key to this role as the owners are looking to provide full restaurant and Buffett services for events in the evenings and at weekends to expand the growth of the business. Wages will be set at £9p/h working on a minimum 35 hours per week with a profit share incentive for events catered for.
