Welcome to the team Lauren Watson-Gordon!

We have a new starter here at Elizabeth Michael Associates, Lauren joins us a Senior Recruitment Consultant and has already hit the ground running over her first few days in the business. We caught up with Lauren earlier to learn a bit more about what brought her to Elizabeth Michael...

Prior to joining Elizabeth Michael I had 7 years in recruitment within the healthcare sector. Before that I was the General Manager of a finance company following 12 years’ experience within hospitality management.

I was interested in the opportunity to join Elizabeth Michael Associates because it presented me with a new challenge, the sector interests me, the history of the company, the location and the benefits working for this group offers.

During my time here I hope to work my way up to Director level! I am all about progression! I would love to be part of internal training platforms and be part of EMA’s success.

Outside work I enjoy travelling, socialising, family time, walking, shopping, hosting parties and planning events.

Between them they have collected over 100 Easter Eggs to donate to our local foodbank which will be distributed to families who may otherwise go without this weekend. Well done to all of you for your charitable efforts 🍫 👏
