I am currently recruiting for call handlers based in Nottingham and Lincolnshire!

This will include 12 hour shifts, working 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am.

Immediate starts available and pay rates from £10.42ph - £17.61ph dependent on shift.

- Must be over 18
- Must pass an enhanced DBS check
- Must be based in Nottingham or Lincoln as this will be an office based role
- Must be happy to work 12 hour shifts
- Must be happy to work any day across the week including weekends
- Must be able to work well under pressure and remain calm

CALLING ALL CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISORS

If you have Customer Service experience or you are graduate and you want to work for a Company that really cares about their employees with their culture of looking after people within a customer service environment, then this is the role for you. You do not need any previous experience so if you have just graduated and you are looking for a career supporting people then please do let us know. For this client the customer journey is key for their success.

This is a truly great environment with the company winning recent awards for customer service and employee engagement.

You could take very simple calls such as changing a customer’s direct debit details, responding to emails and changes of address or you could be asked more complex queries. You will also be supporting the national network of branches with queries. You will also be trained on a E-Commerce system and you will need to have the ability to have great attention to detail whilst typing.

You will wear a headset, work on a pc and laptop which may be dual screen and full training will be provided. The training will take up to 4 weeks in total and will be based onsite in Nottingham and after this you will have the opportunity to work from home. This is a truly great environment with the company winning recent awards for customer service and employee engagement.

The working hours are 37.5 per week that will require you to work 2.5 weekends in 7 but all shifts are given in advance and weekend working can be done from home. The hours of work are between 8am and 8pm. The rate of pay starts at £9.50ph but will rise to £10.00ph after 12 weeks with overtime available. If you love the work and the culture, there are amazing opportunities for a permanent career with this client. This is a temporary role for a six month period
