We have an exciting opportunity to join a fast growing domiciliary care company based in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire. Our client is a local care company who provides care to clients within Hemel and surrounding areas. They are looking for Field Care Supervisors to join their team.

As a Field Care Supervisor you role will include providing home assessments to potential new clients, liaising with local authorities and clients, managing a care team out in the field, providing care, assisting Registered Manager and Care Coordinators with running of the branch.

To be considered for the role, you will need:

-To have at least 1 year experience working within domiciliary care previously
-To have an NVQ level 2 minimum in health and social care (or equivalent)
-Full UK driving licence as your role will require travelling

We have an exciting opportunity to join a fast growing domiciliary care company based in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire. This domiciliary care company provides care to clients in Hemel and surrounding area's in Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire. They're looking for an experienced Care Coordinator to join their fast growing team.

Your role as a Care Coordinator will be to work alongside the management team and assist with the day to day running of the branch. You will be supervising the care staff out in the field, writing rota's, liaising with clients and local authorities and ensuring high quality care is being provided. You may be asked to assist with clients out in the field and there is on call duty once every 4 weeks.

To be considered for this role you will need the following:
-At least 1-2 years experience as a Care Coordinator
-To have an NVQ level 2 minimum in health and social care (or equivalent)
-Must have experience working in domiciliary care previously
-Must be able to go out into the field if needed and able to do on-call every 4 weeks
-Full UK driving licence preferred
