So, when you call up and ask to speak to Krys, you’re going to need to be a little more specific… 😂

👨‍💼 Krys #1 – Senior Sales & Recruitment Consultant
The one who’s been with us for years, knows his candidates, knows his clients, and probably the one you always see on site!

👨‍💻 Krys #2 – Resourcer
Our newest recruit, the one busy hunting down brilliant candidates, making connections and generally keeping everyone’s inboxes busy.

Both work closely with candidates, both answer to Krys.. just to make it easy for everyone!

So from now on, please specify:

👉 “Krys P - The Consultant” - if you are currently working for us, have any queries or been arranged for an assignment.

👉 “Krys M – The Resourcer” - if you are looking for a new opportunity, have applied for a position or want to know more about registering.

Because “Can I speak to Krys?” is no longer an acceptable form of identification.

When we say we like to get to know our clients' business we mean it.👇

Before we recruit for any position, we take the time to understand exactly what's involved. That means visiting site, seeing the working environment first hand, understanding the daily challenges, and putting ourselves in our candidates' shoes (or, in this case... their boots!).👀

So yes, if that means dressing in full PPE... helmet, hi-vis, overalls, boots and even an oxygen tank.. it helps us find the right people for the job, we'll happily suit up.

Because the better we understand your business, the better we can represent it -and the better the candidates we deliver.
