SupplyGo Education hit a huge milestone this week with a rebook of over 500 days worth of workers out in a single week across our primary and SEND divisions.

This is a big achievement for us and what makes it special is how we got here. Setting the company up from scratch during two lockdowns alongside our model and growth strategy.

Prior to working at SupplyGo Education, zero of our current employees had any education recruitment experience which is testament to not only what excellent hires they have been, but also their willingness to learn, develop and grow alongside our company training model.

We’ve grown in a lean and natural way, gradually building our brand across the East Midlands through strictly excellent service to candidates and schools. No shortcuts.

Delighted to collaborate with one of our Primary Schools to sponsor their Tag Rugby Team with a new kit - doesn’t it look amazing!

SupplyGo have been working with Firfield Primary School for over 3 Years now, and we’re incredibly proud to have sponsored the school in creating this gem 🤩

We feel it’s crucial to give back to schools that have supported us for a long time, and we want to ensure they know how important that are to us!

Really excited to hear how our Team Leader Elliott Hickey had gotten on during his supply day at Stubbin Wood School. Elliott engaged in conversations and activities with some top-tier Teachers and Learning Support Assistants, and got to meet so many inspirational children too.

It’s great to see how so many of our fantastic candidates put their skills and experience in to practice within the classroom and making a truly positive difference to the lives of the students. 📖

We don’t believe in adapting a square peg round hole approach with the supply staff we send into schools - we spend the time to understand the schools that we work with in depth, so we give ourself the best possible chance of getting it right with the staff we send. Quality and service is absolutely key for us.

Morning everybody,

Apologies, it has been a little while since we last provided a company update… We are a small team (of 9), and we are still trying to find the balance of staying active, providing useful updates to everybody that follows us, whilst continuing to deliver our excellent service to schools & education staff.

Here is what we’ve been up to recently!

* We have welcomed our first two office babies – Thanks to Elliott and Isobel 👶🏻

* We are working with more schools than we ever have 📚
* More of our staff are pre-booked in September than ever before 📅
* We’ve had more temp-to-perm agreements and permanent placements than ever before, securing hundreds with their dream role 🤩

* We have sponsored our schools with football kits, summer fairs, silent auctions, school bus trips, iPads, and scooter ⚽️ 🎟️ 🔇🚌 📲 🛴

As a team we have come up with a few challenging ideas we could do; A Marathon, National Three Peaks, or an Indoor Cycle of 275 miles which covers the distance of London to Paris! 🚴‍♂️🏆
