"Helping a charity doesn't always mean writing a cheque, sometimes the most valuable thing someone can give is their time and expertise.
We had the absolute pleasure of working with Jessica at Highbury Recruitment, and honestly, she was brilliant from start to finish.
Jessica helped us recruit two new members for our Events and Fundraising team.

She took real time to understand what we were looking for, not just the job spec, but the kind of people who'd fit our organisation, and the candidates she put forward were genuinely strong. It made the decision harder than I expected, which is exactly the problem you want to have.

So… why Highbury, when we’re based in Norfolk?
A question we’re often asked!
Well, Directors David Errington and Tom Bayliss just happen to be massive Arsenal fans, so when it came to naming the business, Highbury Recruitment felt like the perfect fit.

But Highbury itself has an incredible story…

Did you know Highbury wasn’t just any football ground?
Before becoming the stunning Highbury Square, it was Arsenal’s home from 1913 to 2006 and one of the most iconic stadiums in English football.

A few brilliant facts:
Famous for its small but immaculately kept pitch, often praised by players
The beautiful Art Deco East & West Stands were so special they’re now protected and still standing
The original pitch footprint still exists today as a communal garden for residents
And it even inspired Arsenal Station, the only Tube stop named after a football club!

Our client, based near Costessey, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join their fast‑paced operation on a temporary to permanent basis.

In this hands‑on role, you will support the Warehouse Supervisor with the day‑to‑day running of the warehouse, including managing a small team, overseeing inventory control, coordinating order fulfilment and maintaining high health and safety standards.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, excellent organisation, and a genuine commitment to customer service.
This position would suit someone with proven experience leading a small team within a warehouse or fulfilment environment, looking to take the next step in their career.

Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm
Due to the location, own transport is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out customer service duties, including direct customer interaction

Our client, based just north of Norwich, is seeking enthusiastic and reliable large animal handlers to join their dedicated team with an immediate start.

The role is varied and hands-on, involving daily feeding and care of the animals, mucking out stables, and maintaining fields to ensure a clean, safe, and well-managed environment.

The successful candidate will be required to work 5 days out of 7, including weekends on a rota basis, so a flexible and committed approach is essential.
