Design Office Manager | Norwich

We're recruiting for an experienced Design Office Manager to join a specialist construction business delivering innovative building, façade and design solutions across the UK.

This is a key leadership role, responsible for managing the design function, overseeing drawing production, coordinating project delivery, and supporting technical teams from concept through to completion.

Key requirements:
✅ Advanced AutoCAD skills
✅ Experience in construction, architecture, engineering, roofing, cladding or façades
✅ Strong project coordination and document control experience
✅ Ability to manage multiple projects and lead a design team
✅ Full UK driving licence

Desirable: • Revit/BIM experience

• Knowledge of façade systems and building envelope construction
• HNC/HND or Degree in a related discipline

Senior Quality Engineer – Diss

Are you an experienced Quality Engineer looking to take the next step in your career?

Our client is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to play a key role in maintaining and improving quality systems, supporting manufacturing operations, and ensuring compliance with industry and regulatory standards.
You'll lead quality investigations, drive CAPA activities, support audits, manage supplier quality and validation processes, and work closely with teams across the business to deliver continuous improvement and exceptional product quality.

Key Requirements:
✅ Quality Engineering experience within a regulated manufacturing environment
✅ Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and internal auditing
✅ Experience with CAPA, root cause analysis and structured problem-solving tools
✅ Good metrology and technical documentation skills
✅ Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
✅ Full UK driving licence

Desirable Experience: Medical device manufacturing, ISO 13485, supplier quality management, process validation and project leadership.
