Jobs24 is an online job search platform that has been produced to make life easy for people interested in finding a new local job, or for employers to find the right candidates. Even before job seekers start their search, we have the relevant audiences across multiple platforms to promote employers as a great place to work. We will deliver messages with the right voice, through the right channels and at the right time. Talent Tracker
Talent tracker is an optional package add-on that squeezes every last drop of potential out of a recruitment advert by boosting the conversion rate of the advertisement. Our intelligent talent tracker actively builds a pool of relevant job seekers and follows them around the internet, showing them relevant adverts time and time again as they browse. Not only this, it also builds a database of passive job seekers, who may have previously expressed an interest in a similar role and displaysadverts to them as they jump from site to site, reminding them of the opportunities presented to them.
