We’re looking for a passionate, confident and slightly fabulous Service Manager to launch and lead a brand-new Care at Home service in Aberdeen.

This isn’t about stepping into someone else’s shoes — you get to build your own team, shape the culture and make your mark from day one.

And this is where the serious bit comes in… 👇

🌟 You’ll need:

Proven leadership experience within care
A minimum of SVQ Level 4 Health & Social Care (or relevant equivalent)
A strong understanding of Care Inspectorate requirements, legislation and the Health & Social Care Standards
Experience in Care at Home or a community setting
A full UK driving licence
The ability to lead, motivate and develop a fantastic team
A genuine passion for delivering safe, person-centred, high-quality care
You’ll be responsible for quality, compliance, care planning, safeguarding, recruitment, budgets, growth and team development — all while making sure the people receiving care remain firmly at the heart of everything you do. ❤️
There will be policies, audits, spreadsheets and the occasional “well, that wasn't on today's agenda!” moment… 😂

But there will also be the opportunity to create a service, build a culture and make a genuine difference to people's lives.

✨ PVG/Disclosure Scotland check required.

💷 £13.45 – £15.05 per hour
⏰ Full time role. 37 hours per week
👩 Female applicants only – occupational requirement due to the personal care involved.
Are you caring, compassionate and looking for a role where you can genuinely make a difference? 🥰
We’re looking for a Community Support Worker to support adults with learning disabilities in their home and within the local community.
The role includes supporting with personal care, appointments, shopping, cooking, budgeting, activities and helping people live as independently as possible.
✨ What’s on offer?
Enhanced rates for evenings, weekends & Bank Holidays
£44 per sleep-in
Training and development
Pension, holiday & sick pay
Blue Light Card and other benefits
🚗 You’ll need a full driving licence, access to a car and Business Class 1 insurance.
Previous care experience is great, but the right attitude, compassion and willingness to learn are just as important. ❤️
