Eleven 11 Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our client for experienced Registered Children's Home Managers to lead residential children's homes supporting young people with SEMH, EBD, ASC, trauma and complex behavioural needs.

What we're looking for:

✅ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
✅ Previous management or senior leadership experience within residential children's services
✅ Strong knowledge of Children's Homes Regulations 2015, Quality Standards and safeguarding
✅ Experience leading and developing residential care teams
✅ Full UK Driving Licence
✅ Passionate about achieving positive outcomes for children and young people

⏰ Full Time – Monday to Friday (8:00am–4:00pm or 9:00am–5:00pm)

Eleven 11 Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to oversee planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites.

What we're looking for:

✅ Minimum 3 years' maintenance experience
✅ Experience across multiple trades (joinery, plumbing, building, decorating or electrical)
✅ Recognised apprenticeship or craft-related qualification
✅ Full UK Driving Licence & access to your own vehicle
✅ Strong organisational and communication skills
✅ Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends if required
✅ Basic DBS required
