With his hit stand-up special “Happy To Be Here” streaming now on Amazon Prime & ITVX, Russell Hicks is one of the most electric and unpredictable voices in comedy today. Known for his razor-sharp crowd work and fearless improvisation, no two shows are ever the same. This year Russell has also appeared in major feature films “The Running Man” (dir. Edgar Wright)  & “Maintenance Required” (Amazon MGM).

From sold-out runs in London’s West End to headlining the UK’s top comedy clubs, Russell has built a reputation as a must-see live act. He’s a resident MC at Top Secret Comedy Club and Fuzzy Bear Comedy, and a regular host at major festivals including Leeds & Reading.

Internationally, he’s performed at legendary venues like The Comedy Store, The Improv and The Laugh Factory, cementing his status as a global force in stand-up.

Top time at the Leicester Comedy Festival Awards last night!
Great to spend some time with mates (including Jon Wagstaffe who was nominated for 'Best New Show', the lovely folks at the The Wheatsheaf Inn at Thurcaston, Alex Hylton @ Jokes On Us Comedy Club and the lovely bunch at Tripleceepee who took home awards on the night).
