🔹 Danny Skipper – Founder & Managing Director
With 15+ years of experience as an HGV driver, 4+ years as a driver trainer and extensive experience in recruitment and haulage, Danny brings real industry knowledge to the business. Outside of work, he enjoys playing and sponsoring his local rugby team, as well as motorcycling.
🔹 Charlie Skipper – Operations Manager
With years of recruitment experience specialising in logistics, Charlie is passionate about the industry and committed to delivering an excellent service to our clients and candidates. Outside of work, he enjoys sports and music.
🔹 Kimberley Wild – Recruitment Consultant
Kim brings a strong background in recruitment and the medical sector, focusing on providing a reliable, professional service and supporting both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process. Outside of work, she runs her own business and enjoys time with her dog, family and friends.
🔹 Nula Granger-Townsend – Recruitment Consultant
After four years in trade retail, Nula brings excellent customer service, communication and relationship-building skills to the team. With a creative background in textiles and a passion for fashion, she’s focused on building strong relationships and delivering a friendly, reliable recruitment service.
