Production Operative – Nights W/Counterbalance FLT
Location: Fakenham
Hours: Monday–Thursday, 20:00–06:00 – First week will be 0800-1630 for training

Pay: £16.90 per hour

We are looking for an experienced Production/Warehouse Operative to join our night shift team. A valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
· Using Fork Lift to locate and utilise products
· Moving containers of liquid to different locations
· Production / Picking and packing

Requirements:
Valid Counterbalance licence
Previous warehouse or production experience
Ability to work night shifts
Own transport required due to shift times

Warehouse Operative (Order Fulfilment & Stock Control)
Location: Fakenham
Pay: From £12.71 per hour
Hours: Day shift, 08:00 start. Occasional later finishes up to 19:00–20:00 when required.

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Operative to support our busy operation. You will be responsible for order fulfilment, stock control, stock transfers, booking in deliveries, and loading/unloading.

Key Responsibilities
Picking, packing and order fulfilment
Stock control and stock transfers
Booking in goods and updating systems
Loading and unloading vehicles
Using warehouse IT systems confidently
Requirements

Previous warehouse experience
Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence
Strong IT literacy
Good understanding of stock processes
Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
Flexible to work later on occasional days

Warehouse Operative with FLT Counterbalance Licence
Location: Lenwade, NR9
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:30
Pay: £13.33 per hour (rising to £13.85 from April)

About the Role
We are recruiting an experienced Picker & Packer with a valid FLT Counterbalance licence to join a busy and friendly warehouse team in Lenwade (NR9). This is a full‑time, ongoing role offering stable hours and a supportive working environment.

You’ll be responsible for accurate order picking, packing, stock movement, and safe forklift operation. Strong PC skills are essential, as you’ll be using warehouse systems daily.

Key Responsibilities
Picking and packing orders accurately
Operating a Counterbalance FLT safely and confidently
Loading and unloading vehicles
Updating stock and order information using PC‑based systems
General warehouse duties and housekeeping

Requirements
Valid FLT Counterbalance licence (essential)
Previous warehouse or picking/packing experience
Good PC skills and confidence using basic software
